01. About the Organisation

Angelaid India is the website of Manav Seva Sahara Vikas Sanstha, a registered public charitable organisation based in Mohan Nagar, Nagpur, Maharashtra.

Registration: PTR No. F19499 (N), under the Bombay Public Trusts Act, 1950.

The organisation undertakes charitable and social welfare activities for underprivileged children, senior citizens and other communities in need.

02. Donations

All donations are voluntary and are intended to support the organisation's charitable activities.

Unless an appeal specifically states otherwise, donations may be used for appropriate charitable programmes, essential supplies, distribution activities, transportation and related programme expenses, subject to applicable law.

Where a donation is made for a specific project, reasonable efforts will be made to use it for that purpose. If that purpose becomes impractical or impossible, the funds may be redirected to a closely related charitable purpose, subject to applicable law and any conditions communicated to the donor.

Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways and financial institutions.

The organisation does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of payment services and is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party service providers, banks or payment networks.
