Refund & Cancellation Policy

01. General Policy

Once a donation has been successfully processed, it is generally non-refundable and non-cancellable.

Exceptions may be considered in cases involving verified duplicate payments, incorrect transaction amounts, technical payment errors or other circumstances where a refund is appropriate or legally required.

02. Duplicate or Incorrect Transactions

If you believe that you have been charged twice or that an incorrect amount has been debited, please email us as soon as possible.

Please provide the following information:

• Donor name.
• Transaction date.
• Donation amount.
• Payment gateway reference or transaction ID.
• A brief explanation of the issue.

Important: Please do not send your complete card number, CVV or banking password.

03. Refund Processing

Each genuine request will be reviewed individually. Where a refund is approved, it will ordinarily be initiated through the original payment method, subject to the payment provider's procedures.

The time taken for the refund to appear in your account depends on the relevant bank, card issuer or payment gateway.

04. Unauthorised Transactions

If you suspect an unauthorised transaction, please contact us and notify your bank or payment provider immediately.
